The 24p Cinema Mode enables all aspiring moviemakers to achieve a professional "film-look." By changing the camcorder's frame capture rate to 24p (recorded at 60i), you get the appearance of the same frame rate as the film used in feature movies. The separate CINE setting on the HG10 adjusts the color and tonal characteristics of the image, giving the look and feel of a movie shown in a theater. For the ultimate in creative flexibility, these settings can be used together or independently.
The 24p Cinema Mode also works in all the image quality levels available on the HG10, so you are free to choose the recording mode which best suits you without having to give up this sophisticated advanced feature.
