Than remove the letter from the center of the chipboard letter spray orange
The middle part spray green
The butterfly spray green and teal
The flowers spray teal: This should only take a couple of minutes but will allow for the items to dry while cutting out the embellishments.
Cut out all the embellishments on the sheet that has the labels and tags
Large circle paper cut 8Wx10L
Cut 2 stripes of the orange and green stripes 2Wx10L and 3Wx10 ½ L
Spray lightly the small strip with the teal
Ink all edges
Adhere the circle paper 2 inches from each side centered leave a small opening on the bottom right side for a tag to slide in only 2 ½ Wx4L
Layer the large piece of the stripe paper the one not sprayed on top
Take the small sprayed stripe and crinkle edges up to look more distressed and attach only on the right side all the way up covering the seem from the other 2 papers
Add the photo mats the right overlaps a little and should end up about 1 inch from the edge on right side glue them down
Cut 3 very small stripes ¼ to 1/8 inch curl the edges up using your scissors like you would ribbon for the wrapping packages.
Take a large teal flower, paper flower cut into the individual petals to make them have more life ruffle up the edges.
Add the word bloom to large tag with orange stripe, place heart offset on the right, add large teal flower, curled paper, and the cut flower embellishment at the top of tag on the left corner of the photo mat.
Cut swirl in half place half at the bottom right side and top right corner.
On the border sheet cut the orange circle border off and attach it the left edge of large stripe.
Take the small circle embellishment cut out cut them in half attach 2 of them to the bottom of the small tags and one to the top.
Take 2 of tags one with the circle on the top and the other with it on the bottom and add them to the left side of the page under the small teal striped paper at 3 ½ from top and 5 ½ inches from top.
The small tabs orange and green attach to the bottom of the right side of the photo mat cut off excess place the butterfly in the center at an angle.
Cut 2 of the border strip small circles at same time and trim to 4 ½ inches attach to top of left photo mat.
Cut one of the phrase border stripes in orange and trim to 4 ½ and place at the top of right photo mat
Layer large teal flower with other paper flower cut the same way and 2 leaves to the last little tag and place right after the top swirl tag facing the left side.
Cut a tag 2 ½W x 4L add small teal flower and small button orange
Add the sayings to the top of photo mat and bottom right corner
Add your photos and you are done.
