The followings are error messages that may appear on the
Viewer for PC:

Details
Solution
No response from video server.
The viewer could not connect to the video server.
There is a coding error in the Web page used for video distribution, or there is a problem on the camera server. Check with the administrator of the camera server.
Network is busy. Please try again later.
The limit on the number of video server connections has been exceeded.
Access to the camera server is apparently overcrowded. Try reconnecting later.
No response from camera control server. You can use video only.
The viewer could not connect to the camera control server.
This is normal operational message indicating that camera control is prohibited by the camera server.
Couldn't get camera control privileges.
The limit on the number of people queuing for camera control privileges has been exceeded.
Access to the camera server is apparently overcrowded. Try reconnecting later.
You do not have video server access privileges.
There is a restriction applied in the camera server settings that limits the IP addresses of clients allowed to connect.
This is normal operational message indicating that camera control is prohibited by the camera server.
Camera switched off or faulty.
The connected camera is switched off or the RS cable is not connected.
There is a problem with the camera server (with the camera power supply or the RS cable connection). Check with the administrator of the camera server.
Invalid WVH file.
There was an error in the information in the WVH file.
There is a coding error (WVH file) in the Web page used for video distribution, or there is a problem on the camera server. Check with the administrator of the Web page.
Disconnected
The connection time has expired or the connection was cut due to restart processing on the camera server.
Restart your Viewer for PC.
