Windows 7 Compatible : Compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 12.1 Megapixel CCD Allows users to find the face or faces they want are in the frame to ensure excellent focus and proper illumination. Lens capability of 35mm film equivalent 35-140mm which makes everything appear up close and unforgettable. Reduces the effect of camera shake - the biggest cause of blurry images - so you get a clear, nearly perfect picture every time!
Lets you join the photo by maintaining exposure and focus and resetting when a new face enters the frame before counting down to release the shutter. Automatically optimizes ISO settings based on brightness and frame interval information for natural and correctly exposed pictures of people. Canon manufactured image processor enables excellent picture quality, faster response time, and longer battery life while reducing camera noise. Enables users to capture images at a 16:9 aspect ratio so images can be viewed on a widescreen TV or monitor without visible warping or cropping. Detects and analyzes faces, brightness, colors, distance and movement, then selects the appropriate predefined camera setting for best results.
ISO 3200 Users can easily connect their camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer and print images, no computer necessary. Exchangeable Image File which stores information about an image such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, date and time image was taken. Detects and removes red-eye from images as the images are in playback mode on the LCD monitor. Optimizes exposure and tone during shooting for better exposure in shadows and dark areas without affecting the brighter areas in the scene.
Viewing screen enables user to view images or videos they've taken as well as set preferences, choose shooting modes, etc. Enables user to track a selected face in the frame and concentrate on that face even as it moves to maintain focus and quality.
