How to Set a Picture Style File to Your Camera
*To apply a Picture Style file to the EOS-1D Mark II N and EOS 5D, Windows users must install ZoomBrowser EX Ver.5.5 or later, and Macintosh users must install ImageBrowser Ver.5.5 or later, into their personal computers. If not installed yet, you must accomplish the installation before proceeding to the following.
*Download an appropriate Picture Style file for your camera model before taking the following actions.
For EOS 5D, set [Communication] to [PC connect.] in the menu.
*The following use window examples from Windows XP for explanation, but basic operations are the same as in other Windows OSs or Mac OS X.
The following use software windows displayed when an EOS 5D is connected to a personal computer that is running Windows XP.
To apply a Picture Style file to your camera:
1. Turn off your camera and connect it to your personal computer.
2. Turn on your camera.
→ [CameraWindow] appears and communications between the camera and the personal computer are enabled.
When a window similar to the one on the right appears, select [Canon CameraWindow] and press the [OK] button to display [CameraWindow].

If no dialog box appears on-screen, start the [Camera Window] Canon software by double-clicking on the application's icon, from the Windows Start button, or the Mac OS X desktop or dock.
3. Select the [Set to camera] tab and press on the [Confirms/changes camera settings] button.
→[Camera settings] window appears.
4. Select the [Shot settings] tab and press the [Picture Style] button.
→[Picture Style settings] window appears.
5. Select [User Def. 1] in the [Picture Style] list box.
