4.4.3.1 Spare parts declare availability and how long
Institutional products (Canon imageRUNNER, Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE, Canon imageRUNNER LBP, Canon imagePROGRAF large Format Printer and Canon/Océ VarioPrint DP series) and consumer products (Canon imageCLASS and Canon DR/CR series scanners)

We offer spare parts for institutional products up to 7 years after the end of production. When you need spare parts, you can call your local Service Provider or call 1-800-OK-Canon for information.

Consumer products (Canon PIXMA)

We offer spare parts for some inkjet printers up to 5 years after the end of production.

Also we have the other inkjet printers for which we don’t plan to offer spare parts after the end of production.
