Piece of junk...... I purchased a MX432 printer for our small business 6 weeks ago....I had no problems downloading but it is very difficult to see any printing on the back of the printer...as I was working on some copies the printer stopped and after trying all of your Support info it still will not even start....I purchased this printer because Canon has always been a good product.....this printer has changed my mind...The store where I purchased the printer will not take back...they said I will have to take it to a service center(60 miles away)......not too happy...... Missed it Big Time Unit has many features for a home printer. But lacks a lt more. The wireless connection to network is TERRIBLE. The unit goes to sleep and does not wake up. The FAQ tells you to press power button to wake unit up. That's great if your next to unit. But to walk across house each time I need to print..... The unit also does not have a LAN port. That's would have been so nice. Looks like the next time I need ink, for a few dollars more I will be getting a new printer. Unit is not worth the aggravation. Although I am getting my excerise walk across the house each time I need to print. March 22, 2013

very difficult Wireless all in one very difficult to install. No visual instructions, just cd with minimal operating instructions. No fax transmittal sheet. March 18, 2013

Very disappointed Have used printer for a month or so. All menu items must be changed/setup on the LCD and because the LCD is very small and not back-lit, I need to keep a flashlight nearby to read the display (squint at the display), and the menu items still do not always make sense. The ADF does not always work, and when it does, I never know how I got it to work. I have not asked Canon to take a return as I believe nothing is defective, just disappointing. I have a Canon camera and PIXMA photo printer which are both quite old and have always done a great job. I switched from another brand as my last printer lasted less than two years and I thought perhaps Canon would be better. Canon usually has great products and I'm very disappointed. March 5, 2013

Wireless printing requires a working Ethernet network with wireless 802.11b/g or n capability. Wireless performance may vary based on terrain and distance between the printer and wireless network clients.
Printer firmware update may be necessary for AirPrint function. Certain exception may apply. AirPrint functionality requires an iPad, iPhone 3GS or later, or iPod touch 3^rd generation or later device running iOS 4.2 or later, and an AirPrint-enabled printer connected to the USB port of your Mac, PC, Airport Base Station, or Time Capsule is not supported.
Easy-WebPrint EX requires Internet Explorer 7 or 8 for Windows, Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista SP2 (or later) or Windows 7, or Safari 4.0 - 5.0 for Mac OS X v.10.5 - 10.6.x
Resolution may vary based on printer driver setting. Color ink droplets can be placed with a horizontal pitch of 1/4800 inch at minimum.
Supported paper types for borderless printing are as follows: Photo Paper Pro Platinum, Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, Photo Paper Plus Semi-gloss, Photo Paper Glossy and Matte Photo Paper.
Full HD Movie Print allows printing from HD or Full HD "MOV" movie files created by Canon EOS Digital SLR or PowerShot digital cameras. From PC, or Mac with Intel® processor. Print quality is determined by video resolution. Function does not upscale video resolution. Requires Canon ZoomBrowser EX 6.5 or later, or Canon ImageBrowser 6.5 or later.
Photo print speeds are based on the standard mode driver setting using photo test pattern(s) and select Canon Photo Paper. Print speed is measured as soon as first page begins to feed into printer and will vary depending on system configuration, interface, software, document complexity, print mode, types of paper used and page coverage.
