Canon's Direct Print system lets you make beautiful prints from your Canon digital cameras quickly, easily and without the use of a computer. Canon PowerShot and EOS digital cameras can be connected directly to Canon PIXMA or SELPHY photo printers. It's simple: just connect your camera to the printer, press the button to print and watch your long-lasting, lab-quality photos print right before your eyes. It's even possible to pick and print a still image from your HD videos (recorded with compatible Canon PowerShot or EOS digital cameras) using the HD Movie Print, so you can turn every favorite moment into an amazing photo.

Canon gives you the opportunity to create personalized photo books with select PowerShot models. Simply choose the pictures you want to make into a photo book and the camera will automatically designate a folder containing the chosen photos. When using ZoomBrowser EX, ImageBrowser or CameraWindow to transfer images to your computer, you can use your home printer to print out the photo book or order it through the Internet.

Remarkably simple to use, they feature Canon's E-TTL/E-TTL II technology to provide the perfect exposure and illumination with just about any subject. Select PowerShot digital cameras are compatible with EX-Series Speedlites including the Speedlite Transmitter ST-E3-RT and ST-E2 for wireless flash photography as well as advanced multiple flash photography. Accessories are also available on select PowerShot models for compatibility with the Macro Twin Lite MT-24EX and Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX.

Compact and elegantly designed, the High-Power Flash HF-DC1* requires no accessory shoe. It has a strong light output at guide number 59 (ISO 100 in ft.) and a wide 28mm angular field (35mm film equivalent) for proper illumination up to approximately 30 feet.

To cover an even wider field, the High-Power Flash HF-DC2** supports models with a maximum wide-angle focal length of 24mm. It has an output guide number of 59 (ISO 100 in ft.) or 34.4 (ISO 100 in ft.) when the wide panel is attached.
