• Counterfeit lithium-ion battery pack NB-1LH and charger CB-2LSE ruptured after being left in charger for 10 hours after charging. User was not injured.

Case 2: Rupture in the U.S. (Counterfeit NB-2L)

• Battery came apart when it ruptured. User was not injured.

Case 3: Rupture in the U.S. (Counterfeit CB-5L/BP-511)

• Battery emitted smoke after one hour of charging and burned. User was not injured.
