SAN ANTONIO, November 7, 2010 – With the growing reliance on electronic records management in today's fast-paced financial services market, Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging, will showcase its imageFORMULA document scanning portfolio, including the new imageFORMULA DR-6030C departmental scanner, at the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) 2010 Annual Conference, November 7-10, 2010. Canon's imageFORMULA solutions can be found at the Canon booth #1536 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
The imageFORMULA DR-6030C is a versatile solution for distributed scanning of large numbers of documents. For additional convenience, the compact DR-6030C scanner is small enough to fit on a desktop. The new scanner can also handle batches of mixed documents, with the ability to deskew or rotate inverted images, reducing preparation time.
"From the increased need for security to the rising demand for faster access to transactional information, Canon's imageFORMULA scanners offer treasury and finance professionals a broad range of solutions to streamline workflows and improve electronic document management," said Jim Rosetta, vice president and general manager, Imaging Systems Group, Canon U.S.A.
