Enables you to encrypt print data sent from a computer using the Secured Print function, and decrypt it at the device. This can strengthen the security of print data by helping prevent the contents of your printed documents from being seen by other users, and helping prevent the unauthorized use of confidential information.

Canon Secure Watermark-B1
Enables users to embed hidden text in the background of copies. Examples include: "CONFIDENTIAL," the date and time, or a department name. The embedded text becomes visible when copies of the document are made on a copier.

Canon Data Erase Kit-C1
Data is automatically and completely erased following each print, copy, and scan job. Document data is also overwritten when an item is manually deleted. Three automatic methods can be selected: Overwrite null data one time, Overwrite random data one time or Overwrite random data 3 times.

Canon HDD Data Encryption & Mirroring Kit-C4
Encrypts all image data and device settings before storing it on the hard drive. The mirroring function also provides redundancy when utilized with an additional hard disk drive to maintain system uptime and preserve company data in the instance of hard drive failure.

Document Binder, a feature of imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop, gives users the ability to combine documents from multiple file formats, preview and set the print settings, and make edits with the Object Layout Editor. With imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop, end users have the tools necessary to better manage documents and interact with imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems.

Monitoring and tracking the use of your imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems is simplified with imageRUNNER ADVANCE Tracker. Users can track their own usage at the imageRUNNER ADVANCE interface in addition to administrators monitoring job logs and reports. Using Tracker, customers are better informed of device utilization activities and can ensure that proper actions are taken to reduce device operational costs and misuse.
