imageWARE Enterprise Management Console is a highly scalable web-based management utility capable of installing, monitoring and managing multiple Canon and third party networked devices on customer networks. In a Canon Managed Document Services engagement, iW EMC is used for enhanced IT administration and ongoing support and management. During the Discovery and Analysis Phase, iW EMC performs network device discovery and offers a basic meter capture and usage tracking functionality for a light assessment. A highly visual device mapping feature assists with the representation of the new design, and enables customersto more easily locate and monitor the devices for ongoing management. iW EMC also greatly assists with large fleet deployments, with its ability to mass install device applications, push drivers to user’s desktops and more. iW EMC provides an overall proactive and automated centralized device management solution for Canon MDS.
