• If you cannot successfully download the application from the Canon Content Delivery System, select the Drivers and Software link to manually save and install the application

1. Write down License Access Number (LAN)
2. Contact Device Administrator
3. Device Administrator selects Settings/Registration hardware key
4. Device Administrator enters ADMIN credentials
5. Device Administrator selects Management Settings folder
6. Device Administrator selects License/Other folder
7. Device Administrator selects Register/Update Software button
8. Device Administrator enters LAN
9. Device Administrator selects Cloud Portal for imageRUNNER ADVANCE
10. Device Administrator selects Install
11. Device Administrator accepts EULA
12. Application is successfully installed on device (If download is not successful, error message will display)
13. Upon successful download at device, Device Administrator accesses Remote UI (http ://< IP Address of Target Device >) from a PC or laptop
14. Device Administrator enters System Manager ID and System PIN and selects Administrator Login
15. On right side of Portal Page, under Management Tools tab, Device Administrator selects Cloud Portal for imageRUNNER ADVANCE button
16. Application Configuration screen displays, Device Administrator selects Edit button
17. Device Administrator configures application (edit Port Number and select Google Docs)
18. Device Administrator selects OK button after completing update
19. Device Administrator selects Log Out link
20. Cloud Portal for imageRUNNER ADVANCE software is ready to use
