All printers are not created equal - at least from a cost standpoint. With uniFLOW, every print job can be examined and, according to rules you set, automatically routed to a more cost effective device.

In many output environments, users may send a job to a printer and then fail to pick it up or be unable to find it in an overflowing output tray. With uniFLOW Secured Print every print job is first sent to a print server. The server only releases the job to print when a user authenticates at the device.

With the Canon Driver Configuration tool you can require users to print responsibly. When users try to print, they can only select from cost-effective output options, like duplex or black-and-white.

Canon's Output Management solutions can generate reports for providing detailed information on who is printing and how much - across your organization. This enables you to identify areas where improvements can be made and even help you rightsize your fleet.
