When retiring or removing a device, you can use the HDD Format feature to completely overwrite any information left on the drive. With the HDD Data Erase Kit you can also set your imageRUNNER ADVANCE device to overwrite its hard disk as part of routine job processing. And the HDD Data Encryption Kit uses AES 256-bit encryption to protect all data stored on the internal disk drive.

The optional imageRUNNER Removable HDD Kit enables administrators to physically remove the device's internal hard disk so it can be locked down in a secure place after hours. The drive can then easily be reinstalled for use during normal working hours.
