  The Canon Hollywood Professional Technology & Support Center was established to bring Canon's world-class service directly to the motion picture and television industries. Located in the heart of Hollywood, our new Service Center is staffed with expert technicians, fully prepared to take care of your full Cinema EOS product line – adjust cameras and lenses, repair both cinema and still photography equipment, and meet the needs of working professionals on tight deadlines. With industry-leading turnaround times and local service parts inventories, we'll get you back in action fast.



  Not in Hollywood? You can count on Canon's nationwide network of service centers for factory-quality repairs and available 24x7 Call Center support. Canon's customer service and support network includes Factory Service Center depots in Irvine (CA), Ridgefield Park (NJ) as well as broadcast/studio lens service centers located strategically throughout the United States.

Canon service centers' reputation for excellence is based on industry-leading repair turnaround times, high-quality repair services, personalized service and 100% U.S.-based call center support operations, all based on Canon factory standards and processes and designed to provide complete customer satisfaction.




Cinema Membership is an exclusive program designed to support the unique needs and demands of the cinema-focused professional. Cinema members enjoy top-level priority and personalized support that only our professional staff can deliver. These benefits include repair discounts with two-day service turnaround, priority access to repair and Equipment Evaluation Loans including Cinema products, on-site support at select events and shows, and much more. Membership is available to individuals (self-employed or employed with a professional imaging company) who play a direct role in the creation of moving or still images on a full-time basis. Applicants must meet Canon equipment requirements to enroll. The fee for CPS Cinema membership is $1,000 annually.
