The Optura 30 and Optura 40 camcorders are perfect for those digital video and photo enthusiasts who prefer to get hands-on with their shots... from the Manual Focusing Ring that allows you to fine-tune the focus (just like a traditional camera does), to the Auto-Exposure Bracketing feature that takes three photos with every press of the shutter (one under-exposed, one normal, and one over-exposed). For still shots where your subject is not in the center of the frame, you can also choose from three Auto Focus Frames to keep them in sharp focus. Still enjoy a little guidance now and then? The Optura also features Pre-programmed AutoExposure settings, perfect for fast-action, portrait and landscape shots.
You wouldn't feel like a true professional without a Continuous Shooting function. Take a rapid succession of photos of your fast-moving subject in the blink of an eye. The high-speed mode can capture up to 10 consecutive shots at 3 frame/second and store them automatically on the SD/Multimedia Card, making sure you won't miss a beat.
Manual Audio Control
Typically found only on professional-level camcorders, the Optura 40 allows you to manually adjust the audio level of your videos for recording. An audio level meter is located in the viewfinder and LCD, making it easy to dial in professional-quality results.
