Simply enter your city and state or zip code in the box below to locate the nearest Authorized Service Facilities, then take or ship your defective product to the location of your choice. The Authorized Service Facility will diagnose the problem and perform a prompt repair. When replacement parts are required they are ordered electronically and shipped within 24 hours.
Carry-In/Mail-In Service is a program in which your Product is repaired or exchanged by an ASF. The name and telephone number of the ASF(s) nearest to your location may be obtained from our Web site at: www.canontechsupport.com, by calling the Canon Customer Care Center at 1-800-OK-CANON and selecting the "automated support options", or any time while speaking to a technical support person. If shipping is involved, it is your responsibility to properly package and send your Product to the ASF, at your cost, together with your dated proof of purchase and a complete explanation of the problem. Do not include any other items with your Product. A Product covered by this limited warranty will be repaired or exchanged, as determined by Canon USA, and returned to you without charge by the ASF. Repairs not covered under this limited warranty will be charged to you at the then-current service rates of the ASF.
