In this case, smarter means quicker. Many of the S110's functions happen faster: camera startup, digital zooming, image playback. It even enables a short shooting interval of 1.7 seconds and continuous shooting at 2.5 fps. Life moves pretty fast, we don't want you to miss a single shooting opportunity.
