This blank sheet phenomenon occurs only in the imageCLASS serial numbered products listed above. No other imageCLASS products are affected. To check your unit's serial number, press the serial number key on the control panel. The serial number will then be displayed.
The above phenomenon is eliminated by installing new firmware in your imageCLASS 7460/7470/7480 Product. If the serial number of your imageCLASS 7460/7470/7480 Product is within the affected range listed in the table above, please contact our help desk at 1-800-828-4040 to obtain and install the new firmware.
