Waste of space
This product has been a terrible waste of space for 4 years having rarely worked properly on my network and had missing OSX software yet continues to lose it's network connection, start printing double sided then fail - all software issues that sometime come right otherwise just waste hours
Do not buy secondhand, do not buy
Canon need to be seen to update software regularly before I will buy another canon.

Canon imageCLASS LBP7200Cdn is a fine printer for any business user working in Microsoft Windows. The color laser printer is quite easy to install and set up. One front door can be pulled down to load various media paper and cards easily. The other front door can be pulled down to allow reach for the toner cartridges. A light blue handle can be pulled so the drawer bearing the toner cartridges can be slid backwards and easily. Each toner cartridge has a drum, too. Toner cartridges can be removed and inserted effortlessly. The paper tray holds one half a ream of paper. The printer can be stacked atop a paper feeder (sold separately), thus increasing the paper quantity for printing lots of documents and files. Most users will find the Spartan-like icons on the top of the printer objectionable, because a liquid crystal display or light emittin diode display with simple words and codes would be appropriate for a printer. However, I did not find it a problem, because the printer driver has dialog boxes showing print job information, printer status and toner volume, even though the printer is adjacent my desk. Printer settings can be done easily according to the user's preference. The printer driver has picturesque illustrations for simple familiarization of the printer's wide variety of selections. One convenience this printer offers with its small footprint is a duplex printing feature. It is available for printing a document or file on both sides of the paper. When the power is turned on, the LBP7200Cdn takes approximately 20 seconds to be ready to start its work. The printer speed is rated 21 pages per minute. The print quality of the LBP7200Cdn is excellent. Text is sharp with typesetter quality. Some pictures are printed good or acceptable for most business documents. The print speed is very good. One disadvantage of this printer is that the cost of a toner is expensive. The Canon imageCLASS LBP7200Cdn is a small color laser printer that is suitable for an office department or section, a home office, or a place where professional printing is called for and should keep a busy office humming for many years to come.
