Print, Copy and Scan as well as print beautiful borderless1 photos up to 8.5" x 11" with true photo lab quality. You can also easily print documents or web pages since the PIXMA MP270 includes a pigment black ink so you'll get crisp, sharp text every time.



Enjoy automatic photo correction when you access the new Auto Photo Fix II within the popular Easy-PhotoPrint EX software so you'll make the most of your memories! The ChromaLife100+2 system enables your photos to last up to 300 years when using genuine Canon ink and paper and it's stored in archival-quality photo album.



Keep the creative printing going with the ability to collect, combine and edit multiple web pages to print your own layout using "Easy-WebPrintEX"3. Are you making copies? No problem. Dual Color Gamut Processing Technology enables your copies to maintain the integrity of the original, whether a document or photo, copy-after-copy.

  1. Supported paper types for borderless printing are as follows: Photo Paper Pro Platinum, Photo Paper Pro II, Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, Photo Paper Plus Semi-gloss, Photo Paper Glossy and Matte Photo Paper.
  2. Based on accelerated testing by Canon in dark storage under controlled temperature, humidity and gas conditions, simulating storage in an album with plastic sleeves. Canon cannot guarantee the longevity of prints; results may vary depending on printed image, drying time, display/storage conditions and environmental factors.   3. Compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista or XP. Not included on installation CD. Requires Internet connection during installation.
  4. Resolution may vary based on printer driver setting. Color ink droplets can be placed with a horizontal pitch of 1/4800 inch at minimum.
  5. Requires mobile phone equipped with PictBridge technology and a USB cable.
  6. ISO/IEC 24734, 24735 define the default print and copy speed measurement methods. Print speeds are the averages of ESAT in Office Category Test for the default simplex mode, ISO/IEC 24734, excluding time to print the first set. Copy speed is the average of FCOT, ISO/IEC 24735 Annex D.   7. Photo print speeds are based on the standard mode driver setting using photo test pattern(s) and select Canon Photo Paper. Print speed is measured as soon as first page begins to feed into printer and will vary depending on system configuration, interface, software, document complexity, print mode, types of paper used and page coverage.
