Printer Upgrade
Since I purchased the Pixma Pro 10 I have printed over 25 8 X10's, several 5X7's and 6X4's including one 13 X19. The printer is doing a great job. Very impressive results in detail, color, and saturation. I realize the ink can run up the cost however if I had used my ole printer I know I would have sent more on ink.
The only negative I can find with the printer is documents. This is a photo printer and documents are printed very slow. You can overcome this by selecting paper output and the printer does well. Still going through the learning curve so as time moves forward hope to work out all of these little details This is my first Canon Product and I have to say I am very pleased. One final note Canon's technical support have been great. All questions and concerns were handled completely.

Very good, with some caveats...
The first few prints tell me this is a fine printer, and I think it is a good value as well. One concern is that at this point (November 10, 2012), none of the inks are available! Once you use up the inks that ship with it you're going to wait! And here you thought that the inks were the real business.... One other small gripe: the Canon marketing literature talks about direct support for third party paper. Profiles are supplied only for a limited set, and for some reason, borderless printing seems to work only with Canon paper--that is an unreasonable limitation that should be removed.
