Power over Ethernet


The VB-M700F supports IEEE 802.3af compliant Power over Ethernet technology, which allows the use of a single LAN cable to both power the camera and transfer video and audio data when connected to a Power over Ethernet switch. By eliminating the need to run AC connections to installation sites of the cameras, installation costs are kept to a minimum. In addition, there is more flexibility in placement of the VB-M700F and this offers a convenient way to provide a conduit for remote control and access.
