We have become aware that an incorrect AC cable may have been included with some units of the EOS-1D Mark III digital SLR camera and accessories listed below, sold in the USA, Canada, and Latin America. Because of the shape, the incorrect AC cable cannot be connected to the battery chargers listed below. (Please see the images below for the difference in shape between the correct and incorrect AC cables.)

If the incorrect AC cable was bundled with the product you purchased and you cannot connect it to the battery charger, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-800-OK-CANON and say or select "Technical Support". We will replace this cable with the correct AC cable free of charge.
