Canon has released a firmware update for the VB-M40/VB-M600VE/VB-M600D/VB-M700F Network Cameras.

Firmware
Firmware Version 1.0.2 incorporates the following improvement:

Fixes a phenomenon that occurs when the above Canon Network Cameras are used with third-party compatible recording systems and the image cannot be displayed in the recording system, such that an error occurs or the connection to the camera cannot be established.

Firmware Version 1.0.2 is for Network Cameras with firmware version 1.0.0 or 1.0.1. If the Network Camera’s firmware is already Version 1.0.2, it is not necessary to update the firmware.
