Broadcast
quality and remote control are finally united with Canon’s
new HDTV and SDTV additions to its remote control lens series.
The new HD lineup is ideal for HD applications, but can
also future-proof current SD users for when they upgrade
their systems. The new Canon HJ22ex7.6B ITS, HJ17ex7.7B
ITS, and wide angle HJ11ex4.7B ITS offer precision remote
control capabilities, for high-quality broadcast, teleconference,
and distance learning applications. Each one is based optically
on the Canon HD ENG/EFP lenses of the same specifications,
with the advanced capabilities of the HDxs system and the
Power Optical System with the X-Element. The new SD broadcast
quality line of Canon remote control lenses includes the
J22ex7.6B ITS, J17ex7.7B ITS, and wide angle J11ex4.5B ITS.
They also benefit from Canon’s exclusive IFxs optical
design, the Power Optical System with the X-Element, for
higher specifications in a more compact package. All six
lenses come with a manually controlled 2X extender, and
can be paired with an optional motorized version.
