A specialized encoder motor was developed for use
in the new Galvanometer scanners, based on Canon's
rotary encoder technology, which is highly esteemed
in the market.
The Canon Laser Scanners deliver high speed and high
precision through control by a dedicated controller.
Superb temperature characteristics are obtained by
employing digital servo controllers and encoders with
diffraction interference systems, which make use of
the diffraction of laser beams. They greatly contribute
to cost reduction at the manufacturing site, when
they are incorporated into laser board-processing
equipment.
