1.(When using the multiple number of the Canon Inkjet MFPs in the same network environment)
Scanning through a network may not be performed.
Solution:
1. Install the latest scanner driver for the machine you are using again.
2. Perform the network setup using the following:
MX360 series, MX410 series, MX420 series, MX880series:  IJ Network Scanner Selector EX
Models other than the above:   IJ Network Scanner Selector

NOTE:
Some models you see here may not be available in your region.

Procedures for the download and installation 
1. Click the link. The download will start automatically.
2. Files will be saved on the computer desktop.
3. Double-click the file to mount the Disk Image.
4. Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
5. Double-click the .mpkg file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
