• Close all other applications before using the Memory Card Unmount Tool.
• The following problems may occur in the Windows Aero environment.
– Dialog box titles may be cropped.
– The "X" dialog box close button is displayed correctly but does not function when clicked.
Note that the titles of the Save Log Files dialog box and other dialog boxes may be cropped even when not using the Windows Aero environment.
• Window titles may not be displayed properly depending on the font size.
• Use the tool in a stable network environment, such as an intranet.
• SSL encrypted communication is not supported.
• Firewall authentication is not supported.
• Operation via a proxy server is not supported.
• The computer will not switch to standby or sleep mode during communication. However, it will switch to standby or sleep mode during communication if switched manually.
• On Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, or Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, clicking the [Browse] button and specifying a nonexistent drive in an open file selection dialog box may display a system message.
