Their flagship product, Presentation Server, enables centralized management of applications with the ability to access them from any location. Due to the complexity of many Citrix installations and the various architectures that exist for printing, printer driver compatibility and management can be a challenge. Additionally, having access to the finishing features available on a Canon imageRUNNER device could be limited depending on the type of printing architecture being used. Citrix and Canon are aligned to ensure that these challenges are addressed and that our mutual customers are able to print effectively in environments.
