We encourage you to use this option as an energy-efficient way to ship cartridges.
USE YOUR OWN BOX
Place as many cartridges that will safely fit into a sturdy shipping box. Carefully seal the box with tape.
Please place the label on the shipping box, and cover the entire label with clear plastic tape.

Do not send defective cartridges for replacement. Defective cartridges under warranty should be exchanged by and authorized dealer or service facility as provided in the warranty.
Canon only authorizes the use of this site to print labels or order boxes/labels to return Canon brand cartridges. Any unauthorized use may result in the return to sender at sender's expense.
