"I was assigned to the Customer Experience team at Canon Europe as a Specialist with responsibilities focused on our customers and how Canon’s interaction with them should be easy, helpful and innovative. I was able to work across many areas of the business, working to create seamless customer journeys throughout all of Canon’s platforms and services. The work environment was fast paced, collaborative, and challenging but always remained rewarding and fun. Thanks to Canon Europe’s location in London, I was able to easily travel to 11 countries and 22 cities during my time there. The talent exchange program has been an amazing experience, and I am grateful to have been a part of it.
