With photography I have found a way to combine my love of the outdoors and hiking with my passion for art into a single form. The world can see life through my lens, and with each new photo I capture, I’m able to tell a new story.
People mostly know me for my work throughout the Pacific Northwest, but I wanted to push my boundaries and try something completely new: the desert. So I packed up my car and drove 16 hours to Utah.
Almost instantly, I was hooked on the new terrain, and I ended up living in the desert out of my car for 9 days, documenting the whole way. It was one of the best weeks of my life, and it’s the memories within these photos that I’ll never forget.
