Firmware Notice: XF705 Firmware Version may cause the camcorder to freeze

We would like to offer our sincere apologies to any customers who have been inconvenienced by this issue, and we ask for your ongoing patience as we work to resolve this issue.

After upgrading the camcorder to Firmware Version, it has been reported that when performing certain operations the camcorder may freeze. The firmware file has been temporarily removed, as we prepare the release of a new firmware version that will incorporate a fix for this issue. We greatly appreciate your patience.


If you have not already done so, please register your Canon XF705 camcorder. By registering, we will be able to notify you via email about future announcements.
