At Canon, we’re always looking for ways to support you better. That’s why we created MyCanon Pro — a new, streamlined login portal designed especially for certain professionals and businesses who rely on Canon products every day.


Think of MyCanon Pro as your go-to dashboard for managing Canon gear with more control, flexibility, and confidence.

What is MyCanon Pro?

MyCanon Pro is a portal for U.S. professionals and businesses using Canon imaging, cinema, broadcast, or office products. It brings together the tools you need to simplify product management and keep your team connected. See the “Important to Know” Section below for more details and restrictions.

  • CarePAK and repair submission features for bulk orders for large organizations, with expanded payment options such as purchase orders or a Canon line of credit, subject to Finance approval.

Migrating from Canon ID and MyCanon to MyCanon Pro

We’re making it easy to migrate your current Canon login and registered Canon products to MyCanon Pro.

If you choose to migrate, all of your registered Canon products (including your personal gear) will transfer over to the new MyCanon Pro account. However, your past purchase history and subscriptions will be deleted.

If you migrate, you can always create a new Canon ID account later for your personal use.

Important to Know

Before you decide to migrate your current Canon login and registered Canon products to MyCanon Pro, here are a few things to know:

  • CPS members: Individual CPS services remain in Canon ID, in the MyCanon portal and are not eligible for migration to MyCanon Pro. Only Enterprise CPS organizations should use MyCanon Pro.
  • Subscriptions: MyCanon Pro does not currently support subscription services (Auto Replenishment, PIXMA Print Plan, EOS Webcam Utility).
  • eCommerce: Purchases won’t carry over. Purchase history in your MyCanon portal will not appear in MyCanon Pro.
  • Canon ID: If you choose to migrate, your Canon ID account and your purchase history listed in your MyCanon portal, will be deleted.
  • Please note that MyCanon Pro does not support MyCanon Business accounts. Consequently, no migration option is available for business users, and they are advised to remain on their current platform.
  • MyCanon members who have active subscriptions are not eligible for migration. However, please see below to create a MyCanon Pro account without Canon registered product migration.*

  • For large organizations, we offer CarePAK purchase options.

Starting Fresh with MyCanon Pro Without Migrating Your Information

If you would like to keep your existing MyCanon to maintain access to Canon ID and your applications, you can still setup MyCanon Pro without migrating your registered products by clicking here. Your information will remain in your Canon ID account and you’ll have the opportunity to register Canon products in, and receive all the benefits of, your new MyCanon Pro account!
