If you are a freelancer with a Canon Professional Services (CPS) membership or have a Canon subscription, MyCanon is the right choice. If not, MyCanon Pro is likely the better fit.
This is not a problem. You can register for a different portal that better suits your needs at any time. Our support team is also available to assist. For help, please sign in and visit the support section of your current portal.
- For eligible customers we’re making it easy to migrate your current Canon account and registered Canon products to MyCanon Pro.

- Please note that if you have an active CPS membership, subscriptions or repairs you will not be eligible for migration.
