2. To begin enrollment, find your printer from the list below and follow enrollment instructions
3. Congrats! After successful enrollment, ink and toner will now automatically ship right to your door

Please see the ink and toner pricing chart above for all eligible printers. When it's time for your replacement supply to be shipped, your credit card will be charged the specific ink/toner price associated with your printer at the time of shipment.
Please note: The pricing represented in the chart above is the Original Price. Promotional discounts, if any, that are running at the time of your order will be automatically applied.
There is no fee associated with the Auto Replenishment Service enrollment. You will only be charged for your replacement ink or toner once orders are shipped via free standard shipping.
With Auto Replenishment Service, as soon as your printer detects your supply is running low, you'll receive new high capacity ink tanks and/or toner cartridges automatically. Enjoy free enrollment, free standard shipping and free cancellation.
Auto Replenishment Service is available at the time of purchase and for select printers available on the Official Canon Online Store. You can view a full list of eligible printers here.
Start the enrollment process by shopping for an eligible printer. Once you have selected a printer, click on the check box (located on the product detail page) to enroll in the program. Then, add the printer to your cart and complete the checkout process. If you already have an eligible printer you can enroll at any time here.
All eligible printers have a default setting based on remaining ink/toner percentage. The level at which low ink/toner is determined varies based on the specific model.
Your printer must be connected to the Internet for the printer to monitor your ink/toner levels and communicate to us when your supply is running low.
Once you complete the initial printer installation and setup, click here to access our activation page and follow the steps to activate your service. You will also receive activation instructions via email.
Your printer will display a message that your ink/toner level is low, and we will send you an order confirmation email when your replacement supply has been ordered. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. In addition, you can view the status of your order in your MyCanon Account. Ink/toner cartridges are sent via free standard shipping, which can take up to 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
To guarantee that your replacement supply is automatically ordered, be sure to use Genuine Canon ink or toner. Your printer's Genuine Canon ink or toner has been exclusively engineered for use with your Canon device. You'll experience enhanced quality and performance, higher yields and minimal jamming or malfunctioning — among many other benefits — when you pair your printer with Genuine Canon consumables.
If your ink or toner is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order was placed on backorder. Once it becomes available, your order will ship immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. You will also have the option to cancel the pending order by calling Customer Service at 1-800-385-2155.
You can manage or cancel your enrollment, change your shipping address or change your payment method directly from your MyCanon Account.
- Log into your MyCanon Account
- Go to my Subscriptions tab
- Select Active printers
- Select Shipping Address or Payment Method
- Select Edit
- Enter the new information
- Select Save
First, verify the cancellation of your enrollment by reviewing its status in your MyCanon Account. Any orders processed prior to service cancellation will automatically ship, however, ink/toner can be returned by mail. Learn more about our Return Policy.
If you decide to return, sell or exchange your printer that's already enrolled in the service, you will need to manually cancel/deactivate your enrollment through the Auto Replenishment Service section of your MyCanon Account. Of course, with the purchase of a new eligible printer you can enroll again.
