Service Notice: EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS: Possible Zoom Malfunction

We have discovered that there are cases in which some EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS products may have screws that come loose inside the lens and which may interfere with zoom operation of the lens. We would like to convey the details and our service policy.
