Firmware Notice: VB-M600VE/VB-M600D: Firmware Version 1.0.4

Canon has released a firmware update for the Canon VB-M600VE and for the Canon VB-M600D Network Cameras.

Details

Firmware Version 1.0.4 incorporates the following improvement:

  1. Connectivity has been improved when using non-Canon recording systems which support Canon network cameras.

Firmware Version 1.0.4 is for Network Cameras with firmware version 1.0.0 through 1.0.3. If the Network Camera’s firmware is already Version 1.0.4, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

If you decide to upgrade to this firmware, refer to the readme file "Readme-E.txt", and use the following firmware file and upgrade tool:

- vbm600v104.bin
- NetworkCameraFWUP.exe
