Repair Limited Warranty Information
This repair is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 6 months from such repair. This repair warranty is limited to rework (same failure) only provided this equipment and this form are returned to Canon U.S.A., Inc., shipping costs prepaid, with a detailed description of the failure. This repair warranty does not extend any limited warranty which may still apply to the equipment. This repair warranty is independent of any limited warranty that applies to rework only. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for any damage (including, without limitation, consequential damages and lost profits), cost, expense, loss or inconvenience as a result of repairs provided. This repair warranty is void with respect to items or parts which have been tampered with by unauthorized persons (including unauthorized Dealers) misused, neglected, or damaged.
