Firmware Notice: Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E7A: Firmware Version 1.3.0
Details
Firmware Version 1.3.0 incorporates the following fix:
- Support has been added for the EOS 5D Mark IV.
Please note that an interface cable is required in order to update the WFT-E7 to Firmware Version 1.2.0 or later.
Connection Requirements
In order to connect the Canon WFT-E7 with the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV / EOS 5DS / EOS 5DS R / EOS 7D Mark II the following items are needed:

Support
If your Wireless File Transmitter’s firmware is already version 1.3.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware. When updating your Wireless Transmitter’s firmware, please first go over the instructions thoroughly before you update the firmware.
Download Firmware Version 1.3.0 for the Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E7A.
