Service Notice: Termination of some IJ Cloud Services on GX6020, GX6021, GX7020, GX7021

Thank you for using Canon products.

Details:

On July 29, 2022, services that require the printer to be registered on Canon’s cloud server will no longer be available or will require a firmware update to utilize the service for the Canon models listed below.  See below table for details.

Update printer’s firmware* to continue using this service.

From firmware version 1.09 and below, an error will display when menu is selected.

Scan to E-mail From Save to cloud on HOME screen (1) or from Cloud menu on HOME screen (2) scan-to-email.png

After firmware update, Scan to Email menu will disappear.
