What is the Canon Maintenance Training and who should attend?
Canon Maintenance Training is designed to teach your business how to maintain and perform basic repairs on your Canon equipment for years of optimal performance — saving your company time and potentially substantial savings in future service expenses.
Anyone from your organization with prior camera or electronics maintenance experience can attend. (No formal training required. Curriculum varies by product and can be customized)
How long is the training?
The training is typically completed in one (1) business day. Additional days can be scheduled as needed.
What you'll master in this training:
- Clean and inspect cameras, lenses, and camcorders like a pro.
- De-dust DSLR image sensors, external optics, and electronic contacts.
- Troubleshoot essential switches and major accessories.
- Upgrade firmware to keep your gear running flawlessly.
What you'll get a better understanding of:
- Evaluation techniques
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Repairs and maintenance

- Free technical support, via a dedicated email address, starts on the date of training completion.
- Covers up to ten (10) students for one (1) day of basic maintenance training with one (1) Canon instructor. Rates listed above are for first day of training. Any additional consecutive days of training will be $2,000 per day. Pricing is subject to change.
- Canon facilities are based in Costa Mesa, CA and Lyndhurst, NJ. Travel expenses will be the responsibility of the attendee(s).
