CarePAK Repair or Replacement Limited Warranty Information

This repair or replacement is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 6 months from such repair or replacement, or the balance of the term remaining on your CarePAK coverage, whichever is longer, and is subject to all other terms and conditions in that coverage. This repair or replacement warranty is limited to rework (same failure) only provided this equipment and this form are returned to Canon U.S.A., Inc., shipping costs prepaid, with a detailed description of the failure. This repair or replacement warranty does not extend any limited warranty or CarePAK coverage, which may still apply to the equipment. This repair or replacement warranty is independent of any limited warranty or CarePAK coverage that may apply. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for any damage (including, without limitation, consequential damages and lost profits), cost, expense, loss, or inconvenience as a result of repairs provided.  This repair or replacement warranty is void with respect to items or parts, which have been tampered with by unauthorized persons (including unauthorized Dealers), misused, neglected, or altered.
