Firmware Notice: Inaccurate Support Code Displayed on PIXMA TS9500 Series Models

An issue has been identified that may, in rare instances, impact the PIXMA TS9500 series printers listed below. A 5100 support code may appear inaccurately on the following PIXMA TS9500 series printers:

  • PIXMA TS9520a
  • PIXMA TS9521Ca

Please click on the applicable link below to update your printer’s firmware to prevent this issue. If your printer already displays a 5100 support code, try restarting the printer to clear the error before installing the update.
