We operate an integrated Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) that can work alongside your team and enhance your existing infrastructure. This allows you to stay in full administrative control while we provide 24/7 support, continuous updates, and security monitoring—helping to eliminate silos.

Our core SLAs include:

  • Analyst engagement on critical security alerts within 15 minutes.
  • Containment guidance within one hour and infrastructure remediation within 30 minutes.
  • Live help desk support with a 30 second answer target and level 2/3 engineers on every ticket.

Your data is stored based on your requirements, typically in our Tier III North American data centers both during transfer and at rest. Backups are also kept in separate locations based on geography for added protection, and customers have anytime web access to reports and audit logs.
