The Developer Support Program is beneficial to those developers, integrators, and technically-knowledgeable customers that want to enable Canon products to function as part of an enterprise solution involving computing, networking, storage and communication devices.

ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP
Essential membership is intended for developers who need access to publicly available materials such as escape codes, sample code, and other freely available documentation. Essential Membership is free, and acceptance is based upon Canon's discretion.
PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Premium Membership is intended for developers needing access to more advanced information, tools and support than is available with Essential Membership. It provides all of the benefits of Essential Membership, plus access to SDKs and support from Canon engineers. Acceptance to the Premium Membership program is subject to approval by Canon U.S.A., Inc, and requires an annual fee. Premium Membership is limited to developers in the Americas region only (North, South, and Central America, plus the Caribbean).
