Cloud Connector is an easy-to-use application that connects imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX, imagePRESS Lite, and supported imagePRESS models1 with select cloud services2, allowing users to expand their cloud-based print and scan capabilities without the need for additional backend system configuration. 

With simple set up and activation steps, this solution is ideal for small-sized companies with fewer MFPs installed or without a dedicated IT administrator. Cloud Connector has an uncomplicated, do-it-yourself user registration process, so there is no need for user management. 

Available connectors3 include Cloud Connector for Email, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.

eCopy ShareScan® utilizes users’ existing, compatible infrastructure and captures information from compatible device platforms, including many multifunction devices (MFD) and mobile devices. IRISXtract V5 is an all-in-one platform that can enable users to optimize critical business processes by automatically classifying documents, extracting essential data, and exporting data and documents to compatible enterprise content management (ECM), workflow, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and/or third-party or cloud-based systems.

Utilizing IRISXtract’s self-learning system, which is based on robotic classification, recognition, extraction and validation technologies, the system can identify and detect document layouts. IRISXtract’s other powerful processing capabilities include its ability to OCR 139 languages and dialects and perform keyword analyses.
